Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of siterevive.design and the SiTE REViVE service (“SiTE REViVE,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. What we do

SiteRevive rebuilds small-business websites. We may build a preview of your rebuilt site at no cost and no obligation. You only pay if you choose to purchase. Viewing a preview is governed by our Preview Terms.

2. The Flip and Flip + Care

  • The Flip is a one-time rebuild delivered as your complete website files for you to host. It is paid in two parts: 50% to claim your build and 50% at delivery.
  • Flip + Care adds ongoing hosting, security, uptime, and small edits for a recurring monthly fee.
  • A separate written services agreement may govern the details of a purchase. Where that agreement and these Terms conflict, the services agreement controls for that purchase.

3. Payment

Prices are stated on our site and are in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe. The 50% amount paid to claim a build is non-refundable once we begin your rebuild work, because that work is performed specifically for you. Any applicable taxes are added at checkout. Recurring Flip + Care fees continue until you cancel.

4. Delivery and your responsibilities

For The Flip, delivery is complete when your website files are made available to download. Hosting, connecting your domain, and launching the files are your responsibility unless you have purchased Flip + Care. We provide plain-English instructions with your files, but we do not provide launch support for The Flip.

5. Intellectual property

The design, layout, code, and structure we create become yours to use for your website upon full payment. Before full payment, they remain our property. Your own name, logo, photos, and content remain yours at all times. The SiTE REViVE name, logo, and site content are our property and may not be copied or used without permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempting to access areas or files you are not authorized to, no scraping or reverse engineering, no interfering with the site’s operation, and no unlawful use. Access codes and download links we issue are for you alone and may not be shared or resold.

7. No warranties

The site and any preview are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SiTE REViVE will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SiTE REViVE from claims arising out of content you provide to us, your use of the delivered website, or your breach of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
